Joe Patterson, owner of Patterson Construction has been building new homes for 18 years.
Established in Bakersfield, CA, in 1993, Patterson Construction quickly gained momentum with such ambitious projects as the construction of the new Kern Security Systems building, a 10,000-square-foot building housing a UL certified Central Monitoring Station, with strict California state requirements.
Joe, along with his wife, Mia, moved to Cheyenne in 2005 bringing his experience of Energy Conservation and Advanced Framing techniques to a new frontier. Shortly after, Joe began the development of the Dakota Crossing subdivision, a 188 lot master planned community.
With a mission to provide value, quality, and style, Joe quickly became a premier builder in Cheyenne with his forward thinking, honesty, and his innovation towards advanced construction techniques and energy conservation. Joe is hands-on in leading his team of expert craftsman in every phase of construction to obtain nothing but the highest level of quality in every Patterson Construction new home.
Joe is the first builder in Cheyenne to obtain the designation as a "Certified Green Professional" from the National Association of Home Builders and is proud to be the only home builder in Cheyenne to offer Certified ENERGY STAR Homes.
